Are heart attacks increasing?

Read in the newspaper today that another actor(not that well known) passed away due to a heart attack.

Incidentally 4-5 people in my non immediate circles between ages of 30 to 50 passed away due to sudden heart attacks.

What is going on? Are heart attacks actually increasing?

Sedentary lifestyle in last few years is the major contributor to it. For e.g. during covid people say they exercised and took care of their health but don't take into the consideration that they were moving less during the day. Adding on to that food habits have gone from bad to worse. Everything you are eating now a days has sugar in some form along with other junk foods.

I have met people who looked healthy but were diagnosed with diabetes/Blood Pressure issue/High Cholesterol.
The increase in high heart attacks is due to the unhealthy generation entering 30s.

So go for annual health check up, study about health and healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food and don't gain weight (doesn't matter how much people around you say, "Kamjoor ho gaye ho"), keep your BMI below 24.

Major of the disease which have become very common in India are lifestyle diseases which after sometimes contribute to unfortunate events. E.g. 50% of kidney patients have diabetes and high blood pressure issue. Same data you can find for heart attacks.

May be i am wrong but sharing assumptions of mine which i am seeing in and around. I know few people who are working unaccounted, Traveling because of saving few bucks and not taking proper Nap and than because of lack of sleep things turns. Because of not taking proper sleep CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE, Fatigue, Paranoia, Mental Health Disorder, Diabetes, Obesity, Harmones Imbalances

But question is why After Covid

After covid people are more insecured related to Job Security and These problem eventiually started, Most of the time people spent in home and routine is interrupted because govt imposed strict rules and mass amount of people gets these problem and now people are seeing results.

So Now Covid is over Be Happy, Eat Healthy and Say bye bye to Anxiety and other bad thoughts(Believe in god and i bad thoughts comes in your mind so tell them kya hi ukhad loge jaan to le nhi loge)

Take Care

2 factors that I attribute my health issues to are:

  1. Unhealthy food only 3 clicks away( high in sodium and trans fat)
  2. Unreasonably high stress. I am seeing late 40s folks falling like dominos to cardiovascular problem. Stress about jobs, growth is wearing people down.

This definitely seems to be happening Heard of multiple cases in the last 5-6 months (nobody immediately close)

I don’t remember this happening earlier

Is it just bias or it’s actually happening, no idea

Death is inevitable reality. Read Bhagavad Gita and you will not be scared of it and would even be able to make your present much better 😄
