Apt salary for Senior Product Manager ?
PM YOE: 6 Overall YOE: 8 CTC:32LPA ESOPS: 25lakhs
Unlikely to get hikes as hiring is frozen and market is bad so I’m stuck at this. Is this a fair compensation ? Should I be looking elsewhere (that is also proving challenging) ? Company is a startup. Up to answer any other questions

I would say you are underpaid wrt 2021-22 hiring trends. Have seen fixed being upwards of 45LPA at this experience. But times have changed, PMs are under axe. So not sure what market ia like rn, still lot of scope for hike i would say.
Looks about fair. U can ask for more ESOPs in the current market situation. Fixed component will be tricky, unless you can show ur value to your manager
