As I heard from seniors it mostly depends on your department, team and line manager.

Can you give some numbers for a few departments? And when do the appraisals happen? @Kprad

I am in the 5g R&D team and two of my team mates had appraisal around 3 lac in last cycle.but percentage wise it depends on your current CTC but the amount was fixed for both. They got their appraisal around January last week. Usually jio gives a hike around Diwali but this year's hike was late.
