Application moved to inactive after selecting slots for final round

I have given first round of interview for Accenture on June 3rd, On the same day I got a mail saying that I cleared the first round and asked to select to select slots for final round, I have selected slots for three times but the interview didn’t get scheduled. Finally on July 2nd I was asked to attend client interview, which I attend after which there wasn’t any further communication. Recently I have been asked to select slots again for final round in the dates 25-28th July which I selected but interview didn’t get scheduled and later asked to select again for dates 2-4th of august. I have selected again but when I logged into workday portal next day my application was moved to inactive. If at all it was to be moved to inactive why would they ask me to select slots.
