Application Developer at Accenture
I amnhaving 2.3 years of experience and I recently applied application developer role at Accenture which is related to big data Technology. I completed omly 1 round (Technical) and after that I received an email to upload few documents. I didn't attend HR Round yet. It will happen after uploading the documents and once I sign Letter of Authorization (LOA)?
Please let me know when it will happen actually and when to have discussion with HR? or salary is fixed for this role.

Yes
I have completed 1 technical round and then they asked me to share the documents. Now, I received an offer letter without HR Round. I didn't even negotiate about salary in technical round. Is it possible to have a negotiation with HR to reconsider the offer ?
