Application already exists

Hi All,

I have applied for Accenture last year in March 2024. I had first round of interview and cleared. 2nd round i couldn't do because of medical reason and i informed HR as well. Now if I try to apply for positions that are open. It says application already exists. To withdraw application it doesn't appear. If I apply then it says already exists. I have called multiple times to support team. They are telling 6 months is cooling period. Any suggestions what actions can be taken from my end. Thank you
