Work culture is pretty good in tech AFAIK. I don't work at Tide but did my own research when I got an offer.

It was an SDE role. I didn't take it as I got a better offer somewhere else.

It's fairly simple 3 rounds, they were kind enough give feedbacks after each round and they clearly communicating what's the expectations in this round
