1. Fluent in 20+ programming languages
2. Should have connections at a top tier VC fund or a rich dad willing to bet a minimum cheque size of USD 100 Mn on our hard work together
3. Should be able to perform IT miracles such as auto-banning accidental reply alls, recovering deleted files, fixing old printers and laptops, etc.
4. Being able to identify the optimal AC temperature is a plus
