What I meant was .. for their newspaper division or job portal division or something else HT Media should be relatively better than Lenskart, mainly the industry they operate.. you will be bigger horizon once you want to move out of HT Media.. I doubt the same about Lenskart
Lenskart's work culture is toxic AF and I'm speaking from personal experience. Gaslighting and bullying is rampant. I've had friends call me and break down describing the conditions. PB himself talks very badly with the senior leadership.
Not sure about the latter, but I personally wouldn’t recommend Lenskart to my friends. For a company that is 12 years old, it is startlingly disorganised on the inside. At least tech and product that is. Okay to start off at, but wouldn’t be easy if you’re going there after working from a GPTW certified, well known company.
Mine's a non tech role.
HT totally depends on your team and manager, leads.
