I will be able to finish my GRE by mid May will I be late to apply for spring intake for MSCS in USA?

You can, see what is the priority one round deadline for most of the universities. 6-7 months should be just enough. You should be ready with all exams , ielts as well within may. June should be your shortlisting and writing essays and sop's tailored for each university. June end you apply and wait. You might get an admit in aug end or Sep depends on the university. It takes almost 1-3 weeks for your financials for i 20. So by September end or oct you should be having your i 20 and should have filled for visa interview slots. Which you might get a slot in nov or dec. Will be very close to your university starting date. So get going.

Why spring intake? It's riskier. Fall is what you should be looking for?
I wish to leave earlier for fall 24 I'll have to wait one 6 more months
