Anybody used Atlys for travel visa? How was the experience?

I had an ok experience. Have heard others had bad experience. I wouldn't trust them for important destinations

I am a travel agent myself mass producing visa is a difficult affair you need someone really capable to think what needs to be put in the application it cant be mass produced at such a large no.

Don’t trust on their 100 percent refund policy. I only received a credit note saying you can use this anytime with us for further booking
