Any Stress management tips for Software engineer.

Please give Stress management tips for software developer. Its never enough i guess in this field, amount of hrs don't matter if work is not done. Imposter syndrome. My friend who is project manager he lives life after office ,but tech guys office is never over. for switching also he don't have to do anything just blabber and he gets the job but for tech guys there is multiple tech rounds.
