A close friend of mine is moving from Arista US to Bangalore. 3 YOE, MS and BE Tier-1. Moving back as she didn't get H1B. Wanted to get salary estimates for a similar profile in Bangalore. If anyone is from this domain, can they comment on it? Thanks for the help.
Will probably be offered Technical Architect role as per the job description and current profile. Presently at 25lpa and being asked to move to Bangalore for 31lpa (have not completed HR round yet)
