Sprinto seems to be a good company but your HRs don't revert back after initial discussion. Not even the rejection mail or something. I hope they will do some improvement there even if it's a rejection.
Hey sorry the experience. Mind telling me which role did you apply for. 2 specific HRs were away for personal issues so I myself have seen my referrals get delayed responses in the last month. I shall pass this feedback to them.
