Any MNC with good WLB??

I am currently working in a startup which has a terrible WLB. My drive to work has been completely killed and i see myself totally quitting this line of work due to it. But i am willing to give myself last chance to find a company that has decent pay but good WLB. So just asking folks here any MNC which is still hiring and has a good WLB please let me know.

I've heard most of their departments have a good WLB. But there will always be exceptions in various teams in most companies.

Ahh time has come for me to say "SAP". Recently they are doing great in india. Some teams here are doing great and the pay is good comparable to MSFT, AMZN, and other similar tier companies. It depends on your educational background (IIT/NITs) and previous work to get into good team. And WLB is great irrespective of team
