
Anxiety root cause
I have been dealing with anxiety for the last two years and I have tried yoga, meditation, medicine, psychiatrist and every possible thing to overcome it But nothing gives you that satisfaction and what I have realised and learned in this two year journey that there is always an root cause of this anxiety and it is something that you have gone through in your childhood in most cases which has gone so deep in your subconscious mind that you need to figure out and you have to make peace with this belief that is triggering this anxiety. Any thoughts? 🤔

Healing is a long process for someone who had to deal with trauma during childhood. It doesn't mean you cannot enjoy life while you're healing. There are some things that work really well when dealing with anxiety, which have scientific backing.
