Hi everyone,
I need some interview advice!
I’ve been working as an RTL Design Engineer at HCL for the past 6 years. My salary has always been below market standards. Even though my salary was low my job at HCL was challenging and I learnt a lot. However, for the past one year, I have mostly been involved in ongoing projects, which haven’t been as challenging or technically rewarding. This led me to consider moving to a product company for better growth and opportunities.
Unfortunately, due to my long stint at HCL and a lengthy notice period, I barely get interview calls from product companies, and when I do, recruiters often cite my notice period as a major drawback. I haven’t had a chance to fully prove myself at these interviews.
Recently, however, I got a call for a Senior Digital Engineer role at Analog Devices and I’ve successfully cleared two technical interview rounds. Now, I’m preparing for the third round and I want to make the most of this opportunity.
