Has anyone had or heard about the American express insurance plans ? I'm considering buying their term insurance and accidental insurance; I'm a card member since a few years and while I'm generally happy about their services, i wanted to hear it from other people if they've had any negative experiences around their insurance products. They're claiming a claim settlement ratio of 100% for this 10 year old plan by pnm MetLife. Please share your views !
