Am trying make my onecard cc aside and want to take Airtel axis Bank credit card. What are the downsides??

I have the following CCs

1. HDFC Millenia (it just lost its lounge access ability)
2. HSBC Visa Platinum
3. Axis MyZone Rupay Card (Converted from Flipkart Axis Card for Credit on UPI access)
4. IDFC First Millenia
