I just received an offer letter from Accenture. They are giving me 8.94 LPA as fixed pay and 1.8 LPA as a variable bonus for the senior analyst position. I have 3 years and 10 months experience as a Frontend Developer. My current CTC is 6 LPA fixed. So am I being under paid? Should I ask for more? If yes, how much should I ask?
It's the correct amount as far as Accenture is concerned
5 years of experience in Tech and 4 years in Product design .
Current package: 9LPA in product startup
