Those who immigrate there are generally untrained people looking for up skill and joining the blue collar jobs layer on. What will hurt Canada is if students come back. We should regulate the Canadian educational certificate in India. Since the Canadians degrees won't be eligible for a job in India then people have to reconsider going to Canada. Either get the job in Canada or anywhere else but India and with growing nationalist sentiments all over it'd be hard for them to get citizenship.
