Hi everyone — I’m exploring opportunities with Albertsons’ new GCC in India and wanted to get some honest insights from the community.

How is the overall company culture, work-life balance, and compensation philosophy — especially for Data Science / AI roles? I understand the GCC is relatively new, so details about the Data Science team might still be evolving, but any inputs on leadership style, growth opportunities, or salary ranges would be really helpful.
