After 30 years of life experience, now I know that there is no permanent solution for acne/ pimples.

For almost 30 years I have tried everything to reduce my face and body acne. Tablets, laser therapy, aurevedic medicines, diet, lifestyle, skin routin, salicylic acid, doxycycline, all natural things. And now I am giving up. I can't do it now. I am going to stop all this I will try to live with acne and acne scars, with ugly poor stupid face full of acne and scars.

Hormonal changes is the most easiest answer for doctors. All doctors gives same reason. No tells why it happening to me only and what is permanent solution for it. They just get angry if I ask questions, they just want me to keep taking medicines.

You tried everything, but maybe you just needed to trust your gut. Because most skin problems are rooted in gut health, clear your gut, and your skin will follow.

If you want to cure it, don't do anything but drink nimbu paani daily, you want to add sugar or not, that's your wish.
It works if you continue to drink.
How do I know it works? Because my sister was having severe acne, she tried everything but no results, in the end she started drinking it and got clear skin

Have you tried the actual treatment of acne ? Retinol or tretinoin there’s a whole lot of articles and it does works. Indian dermatologist are good for nothing.

But you need to be very careful while using that, try to research as much as possible before using it. Although it’s a cream still do your research.

Retinol can cause depression for some ans further aggravates gut inflammation

Try checking for food like peanut and entire nut family, as well as chocolate. I am 35 and I have the same problem. Like you I have tried every damm thing on skincare, allopathic, medicines, ayurvedic homeopathic and every oxil under the sun. What helped me was to do a allergy test, and also stop eating everything with nut, peanut chutney, chikki etc. and chocolate completely. Though I live chocolotae so every now and the. I do eat them and suffer couple of odd pimples on the face and back. Additionally always clean your face with tose water daily before sleep. One of the dermats who was head of department of a govt. Hospital told me that genetically my skin oozes lots of oil which is easy ground for fungus to grow and create a pimple. So stop eating things that causes oil secretion more and start cleaning with rose water to inhibit fungal growth on skin.

Have you considered washing your sheets and clothes more often and/or changing your mattress and pillow if they are old?

I’ll tell you what helped me. Firstly, I started drinking Safi mixed with water regularly (1 teaspoon in 1 glass water everyday anytime). Secondly, no contact with your acne. Never ever touch your face again. Wash it only once in a day with Cetaphil gentle face wash. Apply the face wash and do not massage or scrub your face. Wash it with lots of water. Make minimal contact with your hand. Don’t use towel etc. Let it dry on its own. Do not apply any kind of cream, moisturiser or anything. The goal is to leave the acne alone without aggrevating them as much as possible.
Once I stopped touching my acne, they started healing quickly and drying up. Even now once in a while one or two shows up in my face. But I ignore them like my life depends on it. And then they go away like they were never there. Atleast it worked for me.

The safi thing I did only for around 3-4 months when majority of my acne disappeared. Then I followed the no touch thing, which I follow even today whenever there is a pimple
