advice pls?

hi guys, I am a bit confused, please help

I’m currently working in Deloitte as an analyst, YOE : 2years Milestone year but no hopes of promotion salary 8.1LPA fixed + bonus

getting a job at Urban Company as category manager , will be eligible for hike on dec 2025 10.5LPA fixed + no bonus + no variable

Current tech stack in deloitte : ETL(SSIS) + SQL+ salesforce

Tech stack in UC : SQL+ operations + management

Please give me some advice, what should I do?
