Hey folks, how do you skill up and develop depth as a backend developer. For faang devs, most of the work is a small part of a big component unless you are lucky and get to build something from scratch. Startups folks have the advantage to go deep i believe as they build from scratch and solve interesting challenges along the way. Any suggestions on skilling up is appreciated.
