Advice on health insurance

Help me understand the following questions before buying a health insurance for 25-30Y old.

  1. Looking at the inflation in health expenses that may sky rocket after next 40-50 years, should one opt for a higher coverage amount like, 25L as opposed to the most common bracket of 5-10L?

  2. What are the hidden clause and exceptions one should be aware about before buying a health insurance? Apart from the usual, no claim bonuses, co-pay, per/post hospitalisation, etc.?

  3. Should one save on premiums and instead opt for riders/ super top ups?

  4. What are some good insurance with hastle free claim processes? I have heard Care and HDFC Ergo are good.

Please assist Thank you
