Hi, I am a software developer have been in IT for last 8 years. I have seen a lot of post here saying they are confused to choose between a Very high ctc and pretty much good ctc + permanent WFH. If it was me i would be happily choosing the latter, but its not me and i always get WFO offers. I don't want such High ctc's, just 9 hour weekdays and weekends holidays.Which skills are you guys having to land such offers,which industry are you working for. I would like to know about your skills ,domain and industry you are working for.
