Advice needed

Hi all I want advice about the automation and testing role

I am doing automation testing some devops like deploying the code and using jenkins to maintain and run build and sometimes writing monitoring scripts for server

I just want to how is the future of this particularly the automation testing and what things I can learn to make a good switch in near future and can I able to make switch in dev domain given I know the programming
