Advice for offers in hand

Hi Guys,

Need advice here. I have 2 offers with TCS and OLEA ( Fintech Startup )

TCS: 36 LPA ( 29L + 7L Variable ) OLEA: 40 LPA ( 36L + 4L Variable )

YOE: 9.5 Years DOMAIN: DevOps with AWS & AZURE

Please suggest one company with reasons..!!! 🙂

TCS or LTIMindtree?

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.
