This is a rape case. Think of how bad is it for his wife. No company should continue associating themselves with such a person.
No I donāt think it is rape, there are court cases too where court has given judgement not to treat it as rape case. Several cases where false marriage promises were made and girl reached court claiming it as rape, and court quashed it.
Needless to say, it is wrong, a case of fraud and cheating, but there would be other legal laws applicable for those scenarios.
