lol they have not switched sides at all. Ambanis as we know it used to be darlings of the congress until recently. Murali Deora of congress was the main trouble shooter for the ambanis. Adani is modis guy. Ain’t no way he is leaving Modi camp. He has considerable investments in congress ruled states, hence the attack by PM in a congress ruled state. Perhaps there’s going to be a deal between Telangana and Adani for something.
One of the biggest accusations against UPA was about favouring reliance. So it is not that a big deal if the company suspects power change.
But Adani was more like the benami of Modi( and vice versa). So that is big news.
Not only Adani or Ambani, but every businessman (even small ones) pay a hefty amount to politicians, and they pay to all politicians. They don't want to, but they have to.
They are simply making statements to confuse the masses
Adani and Ambani have been in cahoots with both the parties forever. Even Tata and Vedanata are the top firms who have great partnerships with both the parties. Nothing new in this.
Think like this : "If you have a lot of money lying around. Why not invest in both of them? Anyone wins, you will get multifold of profits. So, safe and great bet."
