According to my present work and experience which jobs should I apply?

Am eagerly waiting for a job change and not sure how to proceed it with. 3 months notice period is seriously a big issue at this moment. My salary package is not in present market trend as am underpaid. Presently working as dev support lead in an organization with 12 years experience in python, Java , mobile app development, GCP, Machine learning background. Also leading multiple teams and members in different projects, also manage multiple stack holders too. Which jobs should i apply and roles. Can any experience leads can guide me about the job opportunities which i should apply going forward. And if i have to apply for any specific role, what background work should i do to get it placed in next 3 months.
