Accenture Salary Inquiry
I got an offer for App development lead (manag -9) in SAP Integration of 16Lpa (fixed) and 27% variable though in starting it was mentioned that budget is 20.5lpa to 22.5lpa fixed. But now they are saying if I will come with any counter offer, they will increase. How much salary they can give for this role? Please advise. Will they increase?

In accenture, please don't consider the variable pay, because they gave 100% variable pay only during covid. I have just now joined accenture and I also had a counter offer and asked for increase, but they have me increas3 only in variable pay.. It's been 6 months since I have joined , i haven't received my variable pay even once. Also, whenever I ask how much variable pay I'll get , everyone says that only 10% or maximum 50% of variable pay will be received . So be cautious.. The higher the fixed is better in Accenture according to me !
