Accenture recruiter not reachable after sending offer letter

I received an offer from Accenture and accepted it also. After that my recruiter is not reachable via mail or phone. Is this normal in Accenture? Whom can I contact in this situation? I have also put resignation in current organisation. Please help.

When did you appear for the HR round and after how many days you received the offer letter?

I got the offer letter on the same day evening. All processes including interviews were completed in 2-3 days

Not sure brother. 9 years with Accenture and they never helped me when i ask questions . The only time HR had a chat with me was 3 months back when i dropped papers.

I had similar situation sometime back. I was holding 2 offers during that time and I waited for one month to join Accenture, as there was response I opted the other company and they were good enough to take me. After a couple of weeks from joining dates Accenture Hr called and asked me why I didn’t join Accenture. This was in 2016. Worst hr I have seen till date
