Accenture notice period

I am working as an ASE at Accenture, I have a better offer from a startup and I want to switch. But the startup is asking me to join within a month. The problem is that Accenture 's notice period is 3 months. Has anyone dealt with any similar situations ? Need some help navigating.

If there is an in lieu class in your employment agreement, you can pay 2-3 months of salary to be released early.

Just ask your startup if they can buy you out of your contract with Accenture. This decision is mostly at the discretion of your manager.
