I was informed about selection to HR round. It took 3 weeks for the HR to schedule the HR discusssion round. Still waiting for their reply regarding the offer rollout

Same thing happened with me. I had given technical interview and then I was asked to give Mettl based Assessment. Both rounds were cleared. Then I was asked to upload my last 3 months salary play slips and pan card. After that they did not call me. I tried to check with them they said I was not considered for the position I had applied. And offer was not released.
Recently had an interview for a management consultant role. There was a skill round and a final interview round. 1 hour each. Pretty straightforward from the resume. First round by a manager and second by a senior manager.

They took only one technical round that was on Monday and on Tuesday I got call from Hr for salary discussion.
It was simple rounds.
