About traffic signals

Have anyone noticed frequent glitches where the red signal goes to orange and comes back to red again? Noticing it since a week near richmond circle, near townhall signal and even near domlur. Am I hallucinating or something?

Saw similar in hyderabad also. Light turns green for a sec before going back to red
