A tale of Toxic Indian Workspace

I have been working for a finance client as a Full stack Dev. The SOW which our company has signed doesn't have provision for functional testing. And we have written the unit tests which are covering around 85 %. But the client is forcing us to re-write the unit tests to behave like Integration tests.

Our management is not speaking about it. For which we have to do a lot of rework and unnecessarily stretch our working times from 8 in the morning till 11 in the night. This has been happening since the day of my joining in this project.

They are forcing the RTO, not providing cabs stating it's a general shift project. The manager doesn't respond to calls, texts or even emails.

Earlier they were providing job security now they are no longer providing that one.

I know I should make a switch. I had left my previous org in 6 months, that's why I am continuing here even if I don't have 1 % interest in staying here.

Please suggest what to do. I had been in my prv orgs for an average of 2 years. Last org 6 months and this one 8 months.
