A Shift from Traditional Cubicles to Coworking Hubs
I'm currently working at an EdTech startup HeyCoach. I'd like to discuss the evolution of workspaces for employees nowadays. Most companies in Bangalore, where I'm based, opt for space providers and coworking spaces like Urban Vault, BHive, and Sattva. However, before COVID, when I worked in Andhra, coworking spaces weren't common. We had traditional cubicles equipped with basic stationery, landlines, and printers. I'm curious about this evolution – is it unique to Bangalore's culture or startup culture in general? Could it be driven by cost-saving measures by management?
