What do you mean stable? It is already stable at lower end. Means, I don’t expect any sudden spurt in either layoff or hiring. Gradual paced hiring and gradual lay offs at smaller organisations, will continue as usual. It is already in stable pace of growth.

Thanks for the response @shpinq. Since 2023 mid, we vitnessed alot of news about layoffs, companies going into huge losses wich was not the case in 2022. That is why I was curious to ask the veterans if they can share some Insight on when this volatile environment will settle down to some extent.
