Long story short- is it absolutely imminent for me to be a haraami to make it big in a workplace?
I’ve around 5 years of experience, I’m decent at what I do, am smart, very charming and can talk well. I’m very always spoken my mind whether it has been senior management or people working with me.
Do I really need to be a bootlicker to make it big? Do I need to be a yes man to make it big?
Are genuine qualities not rewarded in workplaces anymore?

You have to be sharp and cunning. Upper management cares about results. The end. Always complete your homework. People will publically try to downplay your achievements, and you have to be ready with an appropriate response. Word travels fast. You'll get there.
