8 Months. Endless Rejections. Still Trying
8 months ho gaye job dhundte dhundte, Product Management mein. Har baar last round ya second last round tak pahunchta hoon aur phir rejection aa jata hai. Sach bolun to ab samajh nahi aa raha ki exactly kya galat ho raha hai.
Kabhi lagta hai skills kam hain, aur kabhi bas confidence toot jata hai. Itna effort dene ke baad bhi result na mile to frustration hona normal hai, but honestly ab mentally bahut exhausting lagne laga hai.
Agar kisi ne aisa phase face kiya hai aur usse bahar nikla hai, to please advice do. Kya improve karna chahiye? Interviews mein kya differently kar sakta hoon? Kisi ka guidance ya genuine feedback mil jaye to shayad clarity mil sake. 🙏
Its okay bro, just don't stop. Attend as many interviews as you can and note down the questions eventually you will clear it

Change the approach.
Select 4-5 companies you want to work at. Figire out the biggest problem they may be facing. Think deeply on what stage the business is in, where they want to go through public interviews of founders & team.
Now pick these problem statements and create detailed and good solution. Also keep in mond around why have they not thiught about it? Constraints? And navigate through them. Send this solution doc to the CEO/Founder of org.
Create a video along with it explaining your solution and assumption.
Make it so intervoew styled that they know everything thing about you in terms of soft/hard skills.
You will land roles.

I would suggest upskill a little bit maybe get a certifcation this might not do a lot of things but increases your confidence to talk on stuff. Maybe get AI courses done how AI can assist a Pm
