75 lakhs NW 26 YO

I am 26 years old and just reached 75 lakhs net worth and 0 loans. I have a 15 lakh car which I paid in cash for. I also recently got a job that will increase this significantly in the next 2 years with more than 80 LPA CTC.

But I don't know what to do with this money. Yes I have invested a lot but I don't feel like buying a house or anything. It feels like money is increasing but what's the point. I already live a happy life living in a rented 1 BHK in a good society. Should I buy a house just for the sake of buying it?

This is the best advice I have received. I have travelled 18 countries so far and it's been great but I have to do more to help communities I believe in. Thanks!

Properties in tier 2 and 3 cities are good investments, tier 1 mostly a little inflated right now

You can get like 1-2 acres somewhere decent like in Pune outskirts or Noida Ghaziabad. Or maybe a flat too, Noida airport will bump the prices further assuming it gets built in next 5-6 years.
