Wfh le le. 5 days who. will take a toll on your mental and physical health.

But 10L is big difference.

Nope. Choose the Gurugram job for a better life and more learning and growth. That’s what matters

Consider taxation also..what would be in hand after tax cut

You are spending 6.72L per annum in expenditure.

The 10L difference is on paper. Your inhand will be 7L given 30% tax.

32L WFH is equivalent to 42L WFO You will end up saving same amount by the end of the year.

WFH is better IMO

If 8 hr is fixed go for WFO, as it will help later with higher ctc. Else WFH

I second this. WFH companies may make you work beyond 8 hrs, unplanned meetings etc. that takes a toll on mental health

WFO, I've been working from home for the last two years. Both my mental and physical health is doomed. If you can go for a jog and meet your friends everyday, you can choose WFH

WFH does require you to get out one in a week. Else you feel like trapped. Get a bike!

U should consider the company and its work culture. 10 L is big difference though u have flexibility of wfh. I believe even 5 days wfo, u will get minimum wfh sometimes when needed so better check this.

10L is a Big difference, but the same I am spending in Gurgaon to survive

That's correct. 56k per month extra (assuming all these expenses are not in your home in any other means) is practically about 10L base per annum.

It's a hard decision. Ask the WFH company to increase the offer and take it.
