3 month notice period

How is 3 months non negotiable notice period for 3+ years experienced software engineers at good product based company? Will any company be okay to wait for 3 months? How to deal these scenarios?

If it's the only offer and good enough then take it. Shouldn't be a big deal imo. Otherwise, if it is a sh*t offer then don't take it.

Have other offer, but the other is startup and this is a stable company. Only tradeoff is stability which comes with 3 month non negotiable notice.

depends on your risk appetite. with the current market situation, i’d definitely go for the stable company

If notice period is non-negotiable, ask for a 3 month severance clause. Get a lawyer to validate it.

3 months notice period

I joined as a fresher and my company has a policy for 3 months notice period. I am planning to switch, but 3 months seems too much. If anyone has any past experience, would be a great help. YOE: 2
