27F Data Engineer| 3+ YOE | Need Help Choosing Between Offers – Prior Bench Time, Seeking WLB + Growth

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well.

I'm a 27F Data Engineer with over 3 years of experience in a service-based company (including some time on the bench). I'm currently exploring new opportunities and looking for a role that offers both a healthy work-life balance (due to ongoing personal/family responsibilities) and strong learning and upskilling opportunities, as I didn’t get much exposure to growth-driven work earlier.

I’m fortunate to have received three offers, all based in Gurugram:

💼 NAB (National Australia Bank) – ₹20 LPA 💼 Amtex – ₹20 LPA 💼 Optum – ₹18 LPA

That said, I’m a little unsure about which one would be the right fit. My goal is to grow technically without compromising personal well-being. Since I don’t have many industry connections, I’d really appreciate any honest insights or advice from this community 🙏

Would love to hear your thoughts on: ✔️ Work-life balance ✔️ Learning/upskilling scope ✔️ Team culture and stability ✔️ Long-term growth potential

Which one would you choose and why? Any guidance or personal experience would mean a lot and help me make a well-informed decision.

Thank you so much in advance! 💙
