26F confused and tired of life

I have got offer from Deloitte USI with 22lpa fixed I do have 6.5yrs of exp I stay in blr and tired of blr traffic and pollution It’s been 7yrs I’m feeling depressed I feel like staying in hometown Most of the expenses would be reduced My health will also get improved I have gained lots of weight and got lifestyle disorders I’m looking for WFH jobs I have got offers from wipro 22lpa fixed and savyint with 31lpa but as per my reasearch they don’t have wlb and people work in weekends as well Now I have cleared all rounds with empower They are providing permanant WFH But salary is 18 to 19 fixed amd not more than that What should I do now With benifit of doubt that Deloitte USI may provide WFH and join it Else join empower with wlb and WFH And please let me know if you have any openings for tableau developer or data analyst in your company I would be so grateful Thank you in advance 🙏

Take a break...I know that sometimes life just feels draining...a small sweet break where u rediscover why u started in the first place...maybe a vacation with family...maybe some alone 'me' time where u reflect on ur thoughts and understand the root cause of the problem...anything that might help u out and make u feel refreshed is always welcome

You want high salary and WFH and wlb also??? Choose any one, else don't complain
Any Big 4 including Deloitte will not have wlb in majority of projects so in that term wipro seems better with pay. Also if choosing Deloitte at 22, why not Saviynt at 31, looks better offer as compared to Deloitte. Also most of the companies have hybrid work now and ones working remote are being asked to wfo now So Empower with 18 could be a choice if looking for WFH but every offer except Saviynt is underpaid for 7yoe
Is delloitte is getting on your nerves like hell?
If yes I would suggest go for the offer meanwhile look for other remote jobs in your domain and dont give up on that!
