2 layoff with in 8 Months

I don’t know who to blame me, company or the my luck. When company is doing good it’s executive who make all the money and gets credit, if it’s doing bad then why the folks who are really working hard get impacted. I can’t tell my whole story here, but i god laid off in June from a product based company after managing that i got it another product based company, which laid off the whole team yesterday. Reason behind the same is Cost Cutting, Company is not doing great. I have one question what are all the folks on higher management is doing if they can’t predict the right growth of the company, if they can’t then these are folks who needs to be laid off in first position. Why the folks who are low in the cycle should be vulnerable?

Don’t know what to do where to start, who to blame, and one question keeps coming again and again “Why me?”

Don’t tell me god have a better plan for you, I believe on god but these thing break a little bit of trust.
