0-Day Gap Switch — Will BGV or PF/UAN Cause Any Issues?

Hi folks,

I'm switching jobs for the first time.

LWD at current org: 19th June 2025

DOJ at new org: 20th June 2025

This is a 0-day gap switch. I have my HR email confirmations.

Will this cause any problems during BGV or PF/UAN transfer in future switch?

Appreciate any insight from folks who’ve done a similar switch.

This is how it should be. There shouldn't be any overlap. But this case is fine. As long as there is no overlap, number of days between the switch doesn't matter.
